Via Ancestry and the National Archives I have found a medal card to Captain H C Biles who served with the Leinster Regiment and previously with the Army Education Corps as a Lt. I have found mention in the London Gazette of a Captain H.C.Biles serving as an adjutant with the Leinster.
Medals to Leinster officers are thin on the ground.
Medal is F to NVF, as can be seen from the pictures.
