Formerly Welsh Regiment – KIA 22.9.1916

William Hugh Harper was born in Risca Monmouthshire. Entitled to a trio, having landed in France on the 14th of September 1915, he was killed in action on the 22nd of  September 1916. 

Harper was laid to rest in the Lonsdale Cemetery Authuille.
