BWM to 22/60 Pte J T Arnell North’d Fus 3rd Tyneside Scottish

John Arnell was born in Heworth County Durham in 1882. An original member of the Tyneside Scottish he was discharged to the 1^st Garrison battalion later being placed in the reserves. It seems the BWM is his sole entitlement.
