Frank Deighton was born in Yorkshire on the 17th of September 1899.
Medal confirms his entitlement to the pair, he later went on to serve in the RAF as is indicated on his dog tags. He did however retain the same service number. The group came with the three WW2 medals, it is believed that he served in WW2. Obviously there is no solid proof of this though.
