A ww1 victory medal impressed to 2 LIEUT G.DAVIE with copy officer's papers.
GEORGE DAVIE was born in PORTOBELLO in 1896. He lived at DUNBARNEY LODGE, BRIDGE OF EARN and attended PERTH ACADEMY.
He joined 5th A & S H 28/1/1916 and no 5 officer cadet bn on 3/1/1917.
He was commissioned into the KORL on 31/7/1917 and was wounded in action 18/7/1918 when attached to the 5th SOUTH LANCS
