Cheaply priced as I have just found it in an old box I haven’t seen in around 5 years!
Peter Harold Anson was born in Peckham, London in 1896. In civilian life he worked as an Errand boy and lived at 13 Albert Buildings, Latona Rd, Peckham.
He landed in France on the 31st of July 1915 and was sadly killed in action just over a month before the end of the war. He was laid to rest in Trefcon British Cemetery, Caulincourt.
Correctly impressed to 68162 DVR P H Anson RFA. There is a , in the number 68,162. A silly mistake when the medal was impressed!
