Arthur William Moore was born in Thornaby, Stockton on Tees in 1885.
A Barman in civilian life. At the time of the 1911 census Arthur was living with his wife and in-laws at 18th North Street in Thornaby.
A member of the Durham Light Infantry he was taken prisoner on the 9th on April 1918 at Estaires.
He survived and returned home.
The pair is his sole entitlement.
