1914/15 Trio to TZ4358 T Sambrook AB RNVR / Drake Battalion / wounded twice

Thomas Sambrook was born 14^th November 1896, a native of North Shields.

He served with the Tyne Zone of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, and in September 1915 was drafted to the Brake battalion of the Royal Naval Division.

Attached to a Trench Mortar Battery, he became dangerously ill with Typhoid. He recovered and returned to his unit. Suffered a GSW Left Arm 29^th December 1917 and a serious GSW to Right Leg 18^th September 1918 which ended his war.
