Thomas Wilcox was born in 1891. He was a Miner and lived in Philadelphia, County Durham.
Wilcox attested on 4th June 1915 joining the Royal Engineers, being assigned to 175th Tunnelling Company. He landed in France on 9th June 1915. On 16th November 1915, he suffered a wounded to the Head and Back from Shrapnel. It is likely that he was wounded at Armagh Wood.
He survived the war and was discharged in January 1919.
