Condition NGVF ( please see naming on QSA & BWM) 

 

Frank Jefferies was born on the Isle of Wight in 1878; he served in the 17th Lancers during the Boer War; the QSA/ KSA and bars are confirmed on the roll. He was discharged in 1902 and later joined The Isle of Wight Battery RA. He saw active service during the Great War in Mesopotamia.

 

Jefferies sadly passed away on the Isle of Wight in February 1920 from Liver disease.

 

A group still worthy of further research and attractively priced despite the issues.
